The most important questions and answers:
What do I need to bring with me?
- We make intensive use of digital exchange and learning opportunities. We therefore ask you to have an internet-enabled device with you. A smartphone is sufficient. A tablet (e.g. iPad) is perfectly suitable.
- In addition to the participant material, you will also receive a high-quality notebook directly in the seminar room. However, you may wish to use your own.
- Comfortable and flexible clothing. We will provide fresh air, and not just because of the coronavirus situation. It can also get cool in the room.
- Above all, you should bring curiosity and a desire to learn new things.
Do I need a laptop for the course?
A laptop is not absolutely necessary. A smartphone is sufficient. A tablet (e.g. iPad) is perfectly suitable.
Is catering provided during the course?
We offer you the option of varied catering during the seminar days and will endeavour to cater for your special catering requirements. We would therefore be pleased if you could let us know in good time whether you have a vegetarian or vegan diet or even suffer from food intolerances. We want you to be able to concentrate on the essentials during the course.
What is the agenda of the live training?
Your trainer will organise the course in a very interactive and agile way in order to respond as effectively as possible to the needs of the participants. To this end, the course will be based on Scrum. This also means that the agenda will change during the course. It is therefore important that you are present the whole time so that you and everyone else can fully benefit from the live training. We know that long online meetings are exhausting, so we make sure to include plenty of breaks during the course. In addition, your trainer may assign you a task for the next training day, such as watching additional video lessons.
Can I arrive later or leave earlier?
Please plan your virtual attendance so that you are on site for the entire duration of the course. We use the entire time to teach essential content, so you can only benefit from the course if you are fully present.
When will I receive a certificate and what are the requirements?
The Certified ScrumMaster® certificate is awarded by the Scrum Alliance® after we have accompanied you on your course. The training must be conducted by a Certified Scrum Trainer®. You must then take an online test with the Scrum Alliance®.
